The student will be assigned a daily practice schedule based on their skill level. The amount of time dedicated to practice will determine how quickly the student advances.
Initially I teach from books that focus on basic theory, technique, and notation. As the student progresses, their education will be customized to meet their musical tastes. Be prepared to study the classics concurrently.
Without 24 hour notice of an absence, tuition is forfeit for the lesson.
There is a waiting room for parents and siblings. Mugshots Coffee is next door should you prefer to wait elsewhere. I share the building with Peggy Parker of Ultimate Balance.
Payment is due at the first lesson of every month, for the upcoming month, in the form of cash or check (exceptions for Charter School attendees). I do not accept credit cards at this time.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for all students.
